What You Will Do
The Mechanical Inspector will conduct examination of building permit applications, prepare written and electronic reports, issue notices of correction, inspect buildings and facilities for compliance with the Florida Building Code, and perform other related duties.

Requirements
- State of Florida Plan Review License (PX) in building
- State of Florida Inspector License (BN) in building
- ICC Residential & Commercial Plans Examiner and/or Inspection certification in building
- Knowledge of the Florida Building Code and other regulations pertaining to construction and development
