Role OverviewThe Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading all mechanical maintenance activities at the Tallgrass Cheyenne Energy Center. This role provides direct leadership to mechanical craft personnel and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, and balance-of-plant systems.
What You Will Do
Execute PM/CM activities, support major outage planning, ensure high-quality work order management, lead RCAs, defect elimination efforts, and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, and balance-of-plant systems
- Experience with Maximo and other maintenance management software
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
