Job Description
The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team, ensuring quality and timely completion of the project, and providing effective leadership to the Mechanical project staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 3+ Years of Experience in highly complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects
  • Advanced knowledge of complex mechanical systems and means/methods of installation
  • Understands plumbing and mechanical code and installation practices
  • Experienced dealing with and managing subcontracts
  • Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
