Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Mechanical Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to provide onsite Construction Quality Management and Quality Assurance support for repair, renovation, and modernization projects at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC).
What You Will Do
Provide construction-phase oversight of mechanical systems, inspections, technical reviews, contractor quality surveillance, documentation, testing, and project closeout.

Requirements
- Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) OR Licensed Master Mechanical/HVAC Contractor
- Minimum 10 years of relevant field experience involving construction, renovation, or modernization of mechanical systems
- Prior experience participating in the USACE Three-Phase Inspection Process
- Previous experience working in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and contract documents
- Strong construction inspection, QA/QC, documentation, and technical communication skills
