As Dewberry expands our service offering in Orlando, you will develop the next generation of highly skilled engineers working on challenging projects.
What You Will Do
Oversee the design and specification of HVAC, central utility plant, thermal distribution, and other mechanical systems. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to design staff, including mechanical department managers, engineers, and designers.

Requirements
- Licensed Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- 20+ years of progressive technical experience in one or more of the following: HVAC system design, central utility plant design, thermal distribution system design (chilled water, steam, heating hot water, etc.), control system design and commissioning.
- Experience developing, growing and leading mechanical engineering teams is desirable.
- Experience should include technical oversight of multiple concurrent projects.
- Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
