Role OverviewThe Mechatronic Intern will collaborate with the hardware team to brainstorm and fast-pace prototype new ideas and concepts. Requirements
- Currently pursing or holding a degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
- 1+ year of industry experience
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and shop equipment, including 3D printers, power tools, and hand tools
- Mentality for fast prototyping and testing
- Previous experience of mechanical design, drawings (SolidWorks), GD&T, building and integration of robotic platforms
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet-metal, weldment, machining
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
