Job Description
As a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. You will also build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and team members, and gain joy in serving others and deep fulfillment in your work.

Requirements

  • Provide medication administration
  • Review and document resident information
  • Assist with and observe medications and treatments
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Report resident concerns and unavailable medications
  • Restock medication cart
  • Assess residents for 'as needed medication'
  • Count narcotics with another Medication Care Manager
  • Maintain and clean the Medication Room
  • Follow re-fill process for medications
