Role OverviewInova Mount Vernon Hospitalist Division is looking for dedicated Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN providers to join the team. The Hospitalist will provide direct hands-on care to patients within the limits of credentials granted by the Medical Staff of Inova.

The Hospitalist will adhere to patient care and admission criteria policies and procedures of the Department of Medicine.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Successful completion of an ACGME Physician Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia and Virginia DEA
- Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
- Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
