As a nurse manager, you will lead the employees of your unit in the delivery of patient care, think critically in relation to the operations of the unit, and manage the business of healthcare delivery on your unit.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing venous access procedures, administering and monitoring infusion therapy treatments, assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing patient education, and mentoring new staff. You will also lead quality improvement initiatives, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.

Requirements
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience. [Required]
- 2+ nursing experience within the acute care setting [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [Required]
