Role OverviewThe Medication Technician provides assisted living services to meet resident care needs under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Director. The role involves assisting residents with care activities, supervising and assisting with medication storage and distribution, and documenting medications and other issues appropriately.

Assists residents with care activities, supervises and assists with medication storage and distribution, documents medications and other issues, and reports observations to licensed nurse.

Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma
- Licensed/Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Successful completion of 75 hours of Home Health Aide Training Program (HHAT)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, state officials, and the general public
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
