Role OverviewAs a Med Tech (CMT), you will manage medications with our residents in a home-like setting, while forming relationships with them and contributing to their overall health.

Engage with residents, administer medications and treatments, observe their behavior and outlook, and ensure their comfort and overall positive well-being.

Requirements
- Licensed Certified Medication Technician with the MD Board of Nursing and in good standing
- Prior direct-care experience preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Respect for patient rights and confidentiality
- Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred
- Highly organized skills
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job
