Role OverviewThe Medicaid Coordinator supports youth and families by helping maintain access to Medicaid-funded services through eligibility verification, billing and authorization support, and collaboration with families, providers, Care Managers, Supervisors, and State agencies.
What You Will Do
Perform all required aspects of data collection, reporting and data analysis, coordinate with data analytics staff as appropriate, and assist with planning, design, coordination, and implementation of Agency related events and activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other electronic systems. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking families and translate documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluency in applicable office technology and software
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
