Job Description
Smile Doctors is seeking a Medicaid Specialist to assist in Medicaid development, credentialing, and payor enrollment processes. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payor relations, credentialing, or healthcare contracting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Three (3) years of experience in payor relations, credentialing, or healthcare contracting, required, with at least one (1) of those years in dental or orthodontic billing or insurance; Medicaid preferred
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial payor enrollment across multiple states preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
