Job Description
MedScope Installation, a leader in the Hospital & Health Care industry, is seeking a Medical Alert Device Installer/Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive reliable and expertly installed alert systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in device installation, technical support, or a related field, preferably in health care technology.
Strong understanding of medical alert systems, PERS devices, and associated technologies.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly instruct clients and address their concerns with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a variety of client environments.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to client locations.
Basic computer proficiency including experience with installation and service documentation software.
