Medical Alert Device Installer/Technician

Requirements

• Install and configure medical alert devices and PERS at client locations with precision and care
• Perform system testing and verify functionality to ensure devices are operating optimally
• Educate clients and their families on device usage, features, and maintenance procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and follow-up visits promptly
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and client interactions using company software
• Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to provide seamless support to users
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies during installations
