Job Description
MedScope is seeking a Medical Alert Device Installer/Technician to join their team. The role involves installing and configuring medical alert devices and PERS at client locations, educating clients on device usage, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in device installation, technical support, or a related field, preferably in health care technology.
Strong understanding of medical alert systems, PERS devices, and associated technologies.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly instruct clients and address their concerns with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a variety of client environments.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to client locations.
Basic computer proficiency including experience with installation and service documentation software.
