MedScope is seeking a Medical Alert Device Installer/Technician to join their team, providing reliable and expertly installed alert systems for clients nationwide. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client safety and well-being.
Requirements
Install and configure medical alert devices and Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) at client locations with precision and care.
Perform system testing and verify functionality to ensure devices are operating optimally.
Educate clients and their families on device usage, features, and maintenance procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and follow-up visits promptly.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and client interactions using company software.
Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to provide seamless support to users.
Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies during installations.
