Requirements

• Install and configure medical alert devices and PERS at client locations
• Perform system testing and verify functionality
• Educate clients and their families on device usage and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls
• Collaborate with customer service and technical teams
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in device installation or technical support
• Strong understanding of medical alert systems and associated technologies
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Basic computer proficiency
