Role OverviewAs a virtual medical assistant, you will support and assist patients in managing their chronic conditions and remote patient monitoring. You will work closely with the care team and physicians to ensure patients have access to resources to improve their health outcomes.

Collaborate with the care team and physicians to develop and implement care plans, coordinate appointments and referrals, assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, and monitor patient progress.

Requirements
- Must reside in El Paso, TX
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Previous experience in healthcare coordination or a related field is preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
