Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and patient-focused part-time Medical Assistant to support telehealth visits across communities in Jacksonville, Florida, and the surrounding area. This role is essential in ensuring seamless virtual care delivery when providers are unable to conduct in-person visits.
What You Will Do
Facilitate telehealth visits, assist with communication, positioning, and real-time needs, obtain and document patient vital signs, support providers, and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
