Role OverviewThis is a benefited, full-time position generally working Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. Shift hours may vary based on need. Located at the Anderson Medical Pavilion on the Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla campus, but may float to other sites as needed.
What You Will Do
Assisting with inpatient dermatology visits, front and back office duties, performing patient intakes, scribing for the dermatologist, assisting with diagnostic testing, phototherapy and surgical procedures, and completing clerical duties.

Requirements
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program or a minimum of two years of experience as a Military Corpsman or Medical Assistant Certification
- BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)
