Job Description
The Medical Assistant performs basic direct patient care activities, such as lab tests, treatments, and medication/immunization administration, under the direction of the Nurse and/or the physician. They also carry out clerical activities, quality control activities, and performance improvement initiatives in support of the physician practice.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or next level of higher education
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance
  • Friends & Family CPR
