Role OverviewThe Medical Assistant is responsible for administrative and clinical duties delegated by the physician, assisting with patient care in compliance with the Ohio Administrative Code.
What You Will Do
Facilitate efficient and effective patient flow, perform administrative duties, maintain and clean the environment, communicate with patients and customers, and collect and monitor patient data.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one of the following qualifications: completion of a high school medical assistant career technical program, graduation from an accredited school of medical assisting, completion of military medic training, certification as a paramedic, or at least one year of experience as a physician-trained medical assistant.
