Job Description
Center for Bone & Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches is a multi-location medical practice devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and diseases of the body's musculoskeletal system. We are looking for a Medical Assistant to facilitate communication between the patient and the provider during patient care.

Requirements

  • Collection and sharing of pertinent information with the provider
  • Preparation of the patient for visit with the provider
  • Maintenance of exam room standards
  • Monitoring of biohazard and sharps containers
  • Assistance in preparing patient prescriptions and completing medical and patient forms
  • Response to voicemails within 24 business hours
  • Preparation of patient electronic charts for clinic visits
