Role OverviewProvide patient care in an outpatient physician practice under the direction of a physician, physician assistant, or licensed nurse. Assist with clinical and clerical duties to ensure optimization of patient experience.

Perform various tasks such as greeting patients, preparing them for examinations, verifying patient information, supporting patient care delivery, and completing records.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Diploma from accredited Medical Assistant school/program
- National Certification
- Heart Saver OR BLS Certification
- Two years job experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Strong phone/customer service skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written English proficiency)
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Flexibility due to unexpected changes in workload
