Role OverviewThe Medical Assistant provides provider support and comprehensive direct care to patients and their families under the direction of the provider. This role supports the Practice Director and Manager in coordinating and leading practice personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services.
What You Will Do
Receives patient from the waiting room and escorts the patient to the exam room, obtains and records in-take information, prepares patient and provider for procedures, observes universal precautions and aseptic techniques, and performs administrative duties.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
