Role OverviewVivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role within the infusion center as part of a collaborative medical team. The individual in this role will be responsible for welcoming patients, assisting medical staff, and delivering safe, compassionate care in accordance with all external and internal guidelines and regulations.
What You Will Do
The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of patient care activities, including greeting patients, assisting with scheduling, managing phone calls, and processing payments. They will also be responsible for collecting and preparing patient lab specimens, assisting with prior authorizations, and maintaining confidentiality of all company and patient records.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
- CPR/BLS (required prior to start date)
- 1 year of experience working within a clinical environment
- 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role
- Phlebotomy and lab processing skills (preferred)
