Job Description
Under direct supervision, assists clinicians with routine clinical procedures and tests in the exam room, and delivers excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements

  • Experience acquired through a minimum of one-year prior experience in a clinical or customer service setting
  • Computer experience with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
