Job Description
The Medical Assistant I is responsible for providing direct patient care in support of a provider in an ambulatory care setting under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CCMA, RMA, or CMA) or completion of an approved training program for Medical Assistants within 30 days of hire
  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related field
  • Ability to float to other areas as needed
