Job Description
Responsible for assisting physicians and nursing staff with patient care, appointment scheduling, and chart management. Performs delegated medical tasks and clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Graduation from an accredited training program (school) or 2 years of supervised work experience in a medical setting
  • Medical Assistant certification (such as NAHP, NCCT, AAMA, NHA, AMT, etc.) is required
  • Demonstrated skill in venipuncture
  • CPR certification required
