Job Description
The Medical Assistant Instructor will provide active and effective learning for students, teaching in classrooms, labs, and outside the classroom. The instructor will deliver high-quality instruction, develop and implement curriculum, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of clinical MA experience (with valid MA certification) OR 5+ years of clinical MA experience (without valid MA certification)
  • Expertise in the area of assignment
  • Design and deliver engaging educational content
  • Build rapport with students, clinical partners, and colleagues
  • Flexibility to stay current with industry advancements
  • Competence in evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
