SkinSmart Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. The Medical Assistant will verify patient information, prepare patients for examination, and perform a variety of patient care tasks under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

Requirements

  • Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times
  • Managing office telephone system, including answering calls and returning messages
  • Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining communication to confirm future appointments when necessary
