Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team at IVF Florida in Jensen Beach, Florida. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform a high volume of phlebotomy, maintain supplies, and ensure lab specimens are sent to the proper labs. You will also provide patient care services, assist physicians, and take vital signs. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • Completion of a formal MA or Phlebotomy program preferred
  • Minimum of one year of MA experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology
  • 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications
