Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • Completion of a formal MA or Phlebotomy program preferred
  • Minimum of one year of MA experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology
  • 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications
