Role OverviewAs a Medical Assistant at Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi, you will work directly with patients, supporting clinicians, and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience. You'll be a key player in making every visit a positive one, greeting patients, taking vitals, and assisting with procedures.
What You Will Do
Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures, take and record vital signs, perform lab functions, provide patient education, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or direct customer service role
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, preferably EPIC
