Medical Assistant

Provides direct patient care to patients of Clearway Pain Solutions, including entering patient intake and provider orders into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), requesting medical records, and recording vital signs and medical history.

What You Will Do

Assists patients with medical forms, verifies patient information, takes and records patient vitals, and maintains examination rooms and clinical areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, clinical staff, and the public
• Ability to work individually as well as within a team
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to respond with patience and understanding during stressful conditions related to patient health and emergent situations

Benefits

• Pay Range: $17.50/Hr - $20.00/Hr
• PTO: Up to 96 hours in first year (pro-rated based on start date)
