What You Will Do
The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support, assist with administrative tasks, and provide general support under direct supervision of a licensed practitioner or designee in accordance with UVA Health policies and procedures and competency to promote patient health and wellness.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) credentials or completion of an approved medical assistant program required
- AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required
