Job Description
The Medical Assistant works with the physicians and clinical staff to coordinate and assist with patient care, performing various tasks including taking calls, documenting phone messages, and preparing patients for examination.

Requirements

  • Follow clinical assignment sheet daily including team duties
  • Prepare patient for examination by provider
  • Change dressings, collect specimens and provide treatments as directed by provider
  • Apply and remove casts/splints/sutures/staples as directed by practitioner
