Role OverviewAssist physician, PA or NP with clerical duties, patient flow/care, procedures, scheduling hospital and ambulatory admissions. Coordinate required testing, ensure all information and consents are on site for patient's admission/procedure.
What You Will Do
Schedule and enter diagnostic tests and procedures into orders management system, complete necessary forms, communicate problems to Supervisor and/or Manager, obtain vital signs, review and update medication list, accurately document in EHR.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Heart saver certification
- 2-4 years experience preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to perform diverse work assignments with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
