Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will perform high volume of phlebotomy, assist with clinical care of fertility patients, and provide patient/couple counseling.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Completion of a formal MA program; preferred
  • Strong phlebotomy skills required
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
