Role OverviewThe Medical Assistant assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Coordinates patient flow, schedules appointments, procedures, tests and referrals. Works under close supervision of the physician and clinic manager.
What You Will Do
Interviews patients, obtains vital signs, records information on patients' charts. Draws and collects blood samples, prepares specimens or swabs for laboratory analysis. Assists with regulatory and compliance needs of the clinic.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
