Job Description
The Medical Assistant Supervisor will supervise Medical Assistants and manage integrated health services at CCH Satellite sites, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to federal, state, and local standards. The role requires 50% administrative and 50% skilled medical assistant care, with Saturdays required.

Requirements

  • Directly supervises SSHC Suite Based Medical Assistants
  • Responsible for competency of all MA staff members
  • Maintains high-standard of care on the team
  • Efficiently manages continuous responsibilities of role
  • Responsible for daily huddles surrounding updates on patient care
  • Ensures utilization of a Visual Management Board as a means of communication
  • Communicates pertinent information to Operations and MA-Nursing Leadership team members
  • Maintains a professional and confidential work environment
  • Ensures collaboration of care and consistency within and between all integrated health teams
  • Acts as a leader to share information and to problem-solve with other MA, RN, or other CCH leadership
  • Champions and leads quality improvement initiatives for the team
