Job Description
We are seeking a 100% remote Patient Support Medical Claims Processing Representative to provide payment assistance solutions to patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in claim processing, medical billing certification, and ability to interpret EOB/CMS1500. Strong organizational skills and customer service experience are required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in claim processing required
  • Medical Billing Certification required
  • Coding Certification required
  • Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • HIPPA certified
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
