Job Description
We are seeking a 100% remote Patient Support Medical Claims Processing Representative to provide payment assistance solutions and vet medical claims against program specific business rules. The role involves receiving medical claims, interpreting EOB/CMS1500, and determining if the claim should be paid or rejected. The ideal candidate will have experience in claim processing, medical billing certification, coding certification, and ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in claim processing
  • Medical Billing Certification
  • Coding Certification
  • Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • HIPPA certified
  • Customer Service Experience (preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
