Role OverviewAs a Field Medical Case Manager, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work by coordinating care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.

Your key responsibilities will include attending appointments with injured workers, developing and monitoring individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans, and providing consistent communication and detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
