Role OverviewAs a Field Medical Case Manager, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work, coordinating care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.

You'll attend appointments, develop recovery goals, and provide communication and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Active NJ Compact Registered Nurse (RN) required
- NY RN preferred
- Additional certifications such as CCM, CIRS, or other case management credentials are preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments
