What You Will Do

As a Medical Delivery Driver, your day will be spent driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail, and related materials. You'll operate a hand-held scanning device, maintain a clean and neat vehicle, and demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver's license for 3 years
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen
• Drive a non-commercial vehicle throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions
• Must have an excellent driving history
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift items off storage racks
• Must be comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods of time
