Role OverviewAs a Medical Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail, and related materials. You will operate a company-owned vehicle, use a hand-held scanning device, and maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. You will also be required to follow procedures closely, determine efficient routing between multiple points, and pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving a company vehicle, operating a hand-held scanning device, loading and unloading company vehicles, conducting pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining a professional image to clients and the public.

Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability
- Familiarity working with and adapting to technology
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely
- Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points
- Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen
- Excellent driving history
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates
- Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift items off storage racks
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
