Role Overview

The Attending Physician provides comprehensive patient-centered primary care to members of the LGBTQAI+ community and people living with or vulnerable to HIV. This role focuses on gender affirming care, HIV care, and related conditions in an outpatient setting.

What You Will Do

Provide primary and specialized care to LGBTQAI+ patients or those patients living with HIV, perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and manage HIV infection and related comorbidities, prescribe and manage hormone therapy, antiretroviral therapy, and preventive care.

Requirements

  • MD/DO or equivalent degree
  • Active PA medical license, or ability to obtain by time of appointment
  • Completed ACGME residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Completed Fellowship in LGBTQIA+ and/or HIV care strongly preferred
