Job Description
Enara is building a new model for sustainable weight loss and metabolic health. We're looking for a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence and growth, with a focus on building a scalable provider network, eliminating operational friction, and ensuring quality while pushing for efficiency.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license in good standing.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing and mentoring physicians or advanced practice providers.
  • Ability and willingness to provide a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct patient care as part of ongoing clinical leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep practical knowledge of US clinical operations, reimbursement, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in clinical workforce planning, including forecasting demand and optimizing provider utilization across distributed or multi-state networks.
